Description
Experience a humble story about a leaf leaving home to find something more. Using the wind to soar higher and higher fills the leaf with new-found confidence and experience. With a sizable narrative spanning multiple, beautiful locations, this is the story of a little leaf on a big journey. If that's not your cup of tea, however, and you're more of a bare-bones gameplay type of gamer -- there is also the addictive and enjoyable Endless game mode to sink your teeth into. Secure the highest height and get those sweet bragging rights. With multiple ways to play this simple game and a reasonable amount of content to experience, only one question remains. Are you ready to leave home? History DownWind originally began as a small side-project Jackson Clarke and Jordan Taylor were working on back in late 2015. It was truly a project of passion for the two young Australian game developers. Ever since then, both developers have been working on the game almost constantly in order to create the best experience possible. In January, Cr1TiKaL (also known as his other online alias; Penguinz0) also joined the project to lend his voice as lead narrator. Dylan Turner also joined the project in this time period in order to create a dedicated soundtrack for the game. That roster of four would soon become a roster of five as the dedicated team for DownWind added a new member; Mike Skalandunas, who would provide amazing sound effects and other audial treats for the game. The game was released onto Greenlight on the 27th of February. The game was subsequently Greenlit by the Steam community on the 12th of March. Features
